Welcome: Kelsey Kelm Joins Board of Advisors

Women of Warranty is so excited to welcome Kelsey Kelm, Senior Director Service Operations at Flamingo Appliance, to our Board of Advisors.  

Kelsey has just over 15 years of experience within the industry. Starting with Whirlpool in 2007, Kelsey always worked on the service side of the business. Most of her time with Whirlpool was spent in Warranty Administration where she held various roles until 2019 when she left Whirlpool to join Flamingo Appliance.  

Flamingo Appliance is a W Service (Whirlpool Exclusive) Provider with 5 branches, running about 2,000 service calls a day across all service areas.  

Kelsey explained the company as being deeply rooted in their core values, including; Integrity, Inclusion (where 53% of their greater Sr. Leadership team are women), Boldness/Agility, Unity, and Respect. 

Flamingo is one of the youngest Service Companies (started in 2007) in the Whirlpool network, while also operating as one of the largest providers in the network.  

Kelsey has spent a good amount of her time in the industry working in Continuous Improvement roles. She is a six sigma blackbelt, has been a CI consultant, and is also certified in PROSCI Change Management.
